Who runs this site

Solar Panels Mayo is run by Bartlomiej Standa, a sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland. It's a price guide and introduction service: we pass solar panel requests to one local SEAI-registered installer who covers your area. We don't install panels ourselves. Contact: privacy@solarpanelsmayo.ie.

When you send a request, we pass it to one independent local company that covers your area. They price the job and do the work, and they may pay us a fee for the introduction.

What we collect

When you send a request: which way your roof faces, the kind of house, whether you want panels, a battery or both, your phone number and, if you give them, your name, your town, townland or Eircode, and a short message. We also record which page you sent it from.

Why, and on what basis

We use your details to pass your request to one local SEAI-registered installer who covers your area, so they can contact you with a price. We do this with your consent, which you give by sending the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

One local SEAI-registered installer who covers your area. They deal with you directly and are responsible for your details from that point. Our email and hosting providers process the data on our behalf. We never sell your details to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your request, then it is deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you, and we record anonymously which step of the form was reached.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing privacy@solarpanelsmayo.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
